Accountant

Social Refuel is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate project-wise accounting across events and business operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial records, statutory compliance, budgeting, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy and support informed business decisions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 1–3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records, reconciliations, and project-wise accounting documentation.
  • Manage event and project budgets, expense tracking, cash flow, and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with the CA to ensure timely tax filings, compliance, and statutory documentation.
  • Oversee vendor and client invoicing, payment processing, collections, and financial reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while monitoring project profitability and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate financial planning and project-wise tracking.
  • Ensure strong internal financial controls, maintain audit-ready records, and safeguard company assets.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and ERP-based accounting systems.
